Return & Refund
RETURN POLICY:
We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications.
However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged, or incorrect product(s), please notify Inaya Pharmacy Customer Support or email us at web@inaya.com.kw immediately within 24 hours of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. We will get in touch with you.
Please note that Inaya Pharmacy will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
We are happy to offer replacements on all goods returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health, no return or exchange is allowed after delivery, except in circumstances where the product is damaged or incorrect from what was ordered.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment, and Ortho Support.
Also, Inaya Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse returns for certain products, as marked on the respective product pages as: "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."
