Refund policy

Returns within 14 days
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original, unopened and unused condition. You can choose a replacement or a refund. A refund covers the price of the product; the cost of delivery is not refunded.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders
We do our best to deliver your order exactly as you placed it. If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or with a product that is not what you ordered, please tell us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will replace the item or refund it. Inaya Pharmacy cannot accept responsibility for these delivery issues if we are not told within 24 hours of receipt.

What cannot be returned
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment, and Ortho Support products.
- Products marked on their page with: "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."
